1. How long does it take to receive the parcel?
In general, we need 1-3 business days for production and 7-14 business days for delivery.

2. How to pass an emergency package and how much does it cost?

Please tell us your address, ID of the product, and the date when you want to receive it find out if it is possible.

3. Can you ship it to my country?
Currently, we ship the package to almost worldwide.
If the place where you find is too far back for our, please send us an email to know if it is possible to make the delivery.

4. Do we have to pay customs?
Our goods are usually sent as parcel post to avoid paying customs.But once the package is controlled by the customs officer, it will be priced.However, we will declare the lowest value to customs to avoid high tariffs.
If you have opted for cardboard packaging, there is a possibility that it will be opened and overcharged by customs,please understand, however, your merchandise will always be in good condition. There is nothing to worry about.
Note: Your parcel may be checked by the customs officer. But the probability is very low.

5. What is the return policy in chastityall.com
We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products, except for intimate articles and sale items.

6. Can I change or cancel an order?
If you are obliged to change or cancel your order, please contact us at the following address within 24 hours after payment.
But in case your order is being made, if you cancel the order, we will refund half the price of the product and all shipping costs.

Our prices are low compared to most of our competitors as the products sold are bulk produced.

12. How to use coupons?
